I feel so often people are quick to complain and criticize when things are terrible, but forget to compliment and say thanks when things are going well.   I have taken notice that Jarett Harmon worked diligently to find renters for my home.   During the process he regularly updated me on the ongoing situation and always made himself available by home.   Furthermore, he gave me fair warning when potential renter would be coming by to view the property.   As a new landlord who now lives out of state I feel reassured and comfortable knowing the Woodruff Properties is managing my investment and taking care of issues.   This has made my rental worry-free.   Thanks for your hard work, gentlemen.

I recently lost another renter in my house in Denver, and was beginning to loose faith in the ability to re-rent the property to a responsible party.   As a last resort I contacted several property management companies to take the sting out of owning a vacant house.   Although many companies responded, none were as helpful as Woodruff.  You seem to have mastered the ability to represent the renter and the landlord fairly.

We kept in constant contact via e-mail and phone for months until I could plan a trip to the mile high city.   As you may recall I had issues: What to do with items left by previous renters? What should I repair?    Do I have to supply a washer and dryer to get top dollar?   Am I required to have window coverings?    What repairs are needed and who can I call to do them?   You helped me with all these issues.   It was extremely reassuring to have you visit the house during the renovation process.

You researched the market for a house like mine before and after the renovations.   This allowed me to make decisions on what has to be done to rent the property for the best price as well as to the right person.   As a single woman, not knowing the market 1200 miles from home, your advice was invaluable.
