Targeted advertising - Relocation services, Visiting Doctors and Nurses, Corporate Relocation. These are mostly short-term rentals. Furnished properties are preferred for these clients.

Email Blast - Previous clients, competing property management companies, relocation  companies, and 10,000 real estate brokers in the Denver metro area.

Business Cards - 100 full-color business cards are printed for each property and placed in restaurants, coffee shops, and local businesses within 1 mile of the property.

Internet - Bronze Plan +:

Featured listings on:   Rentals.com and Rentvine.com.

Criminal Background and Credit Check:

The second most in-depth checks we can process.   Potential Tenants may only allocate 45% of their gross pay towards rent (or less) to assure rent payment.   We personally call all references.
