Do you want to be sure your valuable property is in meticulous order for the duration of the lease? Use our thoroughly vetted, insured, cleaning service to maintain the property on a monthly basis. We can have the lease require the tenants to allow the service to clean monthly (or bi-monthly).
While cleaning the cleaning crew will look for water leaks, broken appliances, unusual wear and tear, and damage. Any issues will be addressed immediately by your account manager and resolved unless it becomes necessary to involve the property owner.
$150 per visit.
